Pastor Vern Brown

Vernon R. Brown, Sr. grew up in Choteau, Montana.  He entered the United States Air Force upon graduation from High School.  He spent five
years at the U. S. Air Force Academy, where he met and married his lovely bride, Mary Beth.  They have four children and reside together in
Havre, Montana.

Vern received his call to the ministry after graduation, but before leaving for basic training.  Throughout his years in the Air Force the constant
cry of his heart was to attend Bible college and return to Montana to minister.

God answered that prayer in allowing Vern to attend Portland Bible College in Oregon.  In 1997, Vern graduated from college and began
planning to plant a church in Havre, Montana.

The church was started in November 1998.  Since then Christian Life Center has continued in the vision of loving service that it was founded on.

Vern currently is a tent-making pastor, working a secular job outside of the church.  Pastoring is not simply a vocation; it is a calling.  The cry of
"everything for Jesus' needs to not only be heard from the pulpit, but also be modeled in the lives of every Christian.
Mary Brown

Mary B. Brown was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the youngest of five daughters to Charles & Lois Druckenmiller.  She graduated from Mt.
Union Area High School in 1985, then attended South Hill Business School in State College, PA, and became a Medical Secretary.

After a variety of circumstances, she found herself living and working in Colorado Springs, CO, where she met her husband, Vern.  A few months
later, they were married at the Academy's Community Chapel, and on their way to starting a family.

Mary is the Office Manager, Executive Secretary, Women's Pastor, Worship Team Director, and SuperChurch Leader.  Mary works full-time at
Montana State University - Northern's College of Technical Sciences' as the Administrative Associate of the YouthBuild of North Central Montana
program, as well as the Wind Energy program.  In her "spare time," she also works part-time at KXEI / Your Network of Praise as an Announcer.
Any time she can seal beyond that, you can find her writing:  she has authored 2 books and numberous poems, and is the recipient of 21 poetry
awards.  In 2005 she was invited to participate in a poetic compilation, "Theatre of the Mind," Noble House of the United Kingdom, featuring 219
of the world's poets.
Joe & Danielle Woods

Joe & Danielle Woods are the Youth Leaders at Christian Life Center.  Having been born and raised in Delaware, they answered a call of God
on their lives to move to Montana, at the time because of an employment opportunity.  Since then they have accepted the role of teaching and
leading the Jr./Sr. High Youth, known at our church as the Firestarters.

Joe & Danielle are dedicated to God, each other, their three boys, and service the Lord by reaching the youth of Havre.
